In fact, because we are all living longer, 50 has become the new 30!

Even the government wants us to retire at 68 or later. The trouble is, if people over 50 find themselves seeking work again for no fault of their own, it can be difficult to get back into the right job with the right employer.

Some employers are perhaps a bit wary of employing older staff for a range of reasons which they may not admit to, or which are not based in fact.
